Election Watch Party - 7 pm May 6, 2017, Havana Bar & Grill

We have worked hard to pass Proposition 1 on the local ballot on Saturday, May 6. Join us at around 7 pm at Havana Bar & Grill, 3701 S. Cooper St, 76015. I wanted to try this place out in spite of the great review by Star-Telegram columnist, Bud Kennedy. So I (Elva) ate lunch here today to check out the food and was delighted with the food and with the prompt and courteous service. Bud bragged about Havana's "mango mojito" beverage so I tried that (for you) as well. No disappointment. Delicious. Not too sweet. The 2nd photo above shows a section which will seat ~22 people and more tables/chairs could be dragged in there, if needed. So I hope you will join me for an ELECTION WATCH PARTY at this place on Saturday night. Live music starts at 9:30 but we will know the election results before that so it's up to you whether you stay or leave earlier. Hope to see you there. I will have another mojito to either celebrate or drown my sorrows. <smile>
